The Belgium Ghana Business Council – BGBC welcomes a new member into its network:

Lambers-Seghers services range from personalised feed and management advice, grain processing and assistance with administrative tasks such as permit applications. And when it comes to composing the feed, we will work with you at the controls of the mixing machines.

LSAqua (Lambers Seghers Aquaculture division) alternatives to replace fishmeal from aquafeed diets by blending protein sources such as SCP, PAPs or vegetable proteins, where often the formula is adapted to customers’ needs. The Belgium Ghana Business Council – BGBC welcomes a new member into its network:

Specialty Beers started operations in 2022 with the opening of a new brewery at a former mango plantation in Nsawam, Ghana. At the same time, the range of Tale beers was launched. Tale beers are the prefect blend of African ingredients and Belgian brewing technology.

The range includes:

Tale 5 – Farmhouse Ale
Tale 6 – Hibiscus IPA
Tale 7 – Ginger Triple
Tale 8 – Cocoa Stout

Whereas their primary focus is to the develop their home market, export opportunities are being explored, both within the region as well as further afield. The brewery, which features decoction mashing, a thinbed mashfilter and a centrifuge beer filter is therefore also uniquely equiped to offer contract brewing solutions.

On the 28th of February 2020 our President Mr. Thomas De Beule and Vice-President Mr. Zvi Donat received a delegation from Ghana with focus on the Healthcare sector at the Belgium Ghana Business Council – BGBC Head office in Antwerp, Belgium.

They discussed potential area’s of collaboration in the area of Healthcare. The BGBC highlighted what Belgian companies can offer.

The Ghanian delegation informed what they are looking for from Belgian companies active in the Healthcare sector.

Seen the current circumstances in the Healthcare sector in Ghana it has been a key priorty for the Ghanian government to make sure that the corona virus situation in Ghana is addressed and properly managed.

It is the BGBC aim and objective to facilitate the introduction of Belgian companies who can offer solutions in the healthcare sector in general and at this moment with a particular focus on the fight against the corona virus pandemic in Ghana.
